Abstract
To meet the requirements for my bachelor's degree in business administration from BRAC University, I completed a three-month internship at Enlighty, which is a master licensee of Linguaphone. This internship formed the foundation for this report.
This report investigates the comparative learning outcomes between online and traditional classroom settings, focusing on the evolving educational landscape during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The study explores key areas such as the impact of the pandemic on education, the integration of technology, parental perspectives on online learning, and the role of flexibility in student engagement.
The primary objectives were to understand how traditional learning systems have adapted, evaluate the effectiveness of online education, and assess parental and student attitudes toward these changes. The research methodology included primary data collection through surveys and interviews with students, teachers, and parents, as well as secondary data from existing literature.
Findings reveal a complex interplay between the benefits and challenges of online learning. While technology has enabled continuity in education, issues such as engagement and resource accessibility remain significant. The report concludes with recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of online education, particularly in fostering student engagement and accommodating diverse learning needs.
