Abstract The purpose of this study was to ascertain the current state of hatchery management systems in a particular region of the Regional Chicken Farm Khulshi, Chattogram, Bangladesh. Information was gathered from the hatchery (during internship training from 10 February to 16 July 2024) in order to meet the objectives that had been specified. The construction of a standard commercial hatchery and improved consulting were sought for after closely observing the entire management system. After compelling the facts to be gathered, a conclusion was made. The hatchability of the chosen hatchery where I worked ranged from 80% to 82%, and egg breaking analysis was used to track the hatchery's performance. The entire study discusses the critical management elements and established hatchery control system, which are necessary in the advanced chicken business.
