Investment Corporation of Bangladesh is a unique institution in Bangladesh. It always focuses on the capital market of Bangladesh and its efficiency. It’s a profit making company by small and medium investment in the capital market. So, it’s important to evaluate about their performance and I made a research of their performance. The performance of mutual fund is very much con-vincible. The current ratio, return on investment, return on equity is good but earning per share, price earnings ratio and dividend payout radio is not good. The performance of all mutual funds is good but the first mutual fund’s position is better than others. The performance of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh and its subsidiaries are also in excellent position. In some area ICB should focus to sustain in this competitive market. They should adopt better strategies and implement it through fundamental analysis. They should focus more on long term view and try harder to achieve strong position in the market.
