Comparative Study Between Medium Brand and Hot Brand Reactive Dye for Dying Cotton Fabric

Abstract

This report presents comparative study between medium brand color (Normal) reactive dyeing process and hot brand color (Turquoise) reactive dyeing process on cotton fabric. In this report we discuss about turquoise color dye and normal color of reactive dye for dyeing cotton fabric with some physical test. We collect required sample and data from Newage textile Ltd. Here we also comparing the color fastness to wash, color fastness to light, color fastness to rubbing, pilling test, color fastness to perspiration test of turquoise color dyed fabric and normal colored dyed fabric. We know that turquoises is a hot brand dye where normal color dyeing in lower temperature. After all our study is imperative to make a comparison between turquoise dyed fabric and normal color dyed fabric with several test.
