Abstract
The report on the internship is written as part of BBA program of Brac University. This paper is about
‘Enhancing bank loyalty through the practice of sustainable banking’. The purpose of this report is to
let the reader understand the practices or the initiatives that are important for the sustainability of
the environment and society. The objective of this report is to get an insight of the precautions that
should be undertaken or already been taken by the banks which is influencing bank loyalty.
