Abstract
This internship report is based on a study titled “An Analysis of the Customers’ Satisfaction of RNS Technology Ltd,” prepared as part of the MBA program at Daffodil International University. The primary objective of this report is to evaluate how satisfied the customers of RNS Technology Ltd. Are with the services provided by the company. During the internship period, direct involvement in the Customer Support Department allowed for observation of client interactions and issue resolution processes. This hands-on experience offered valuable insights into how the company manages customer relationships and strives to meet client expectations. To complete the study, feedback was collected from current clients through a structured survey. The collected data was then analyzed to identify areas of satisfaction and areas requiring improvement. The findings reveal that most clients are pleased with the company’s service quality and communication standards. However, concerns were noted in areas such as timely service delivery and the speed of problem resolution. The report presents a comprehensive overview of the organization, the methodology followed in the study, the analysis of survey results, and specific recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. These findings are intended to support RNS Technology Ltd. in refining its service strategies and building even stronger relationships with its client base.
