“The Experience as an English Teacher at 108 No. Changaon Government Primary School

Abstract

This report contains my own experience of working as an English teacher in Changaon 108 No. Government Primary School. The first few days I closely watched the principle and other teachers as they masterfully took the classes I also got the chance to observed the atmosphere of the class the methods that teacher’s use how they manage the students. There were few challenges that I was getting ready to face in the classroom as this was my first time conducting a class as a teacher such as the fear of losing control of the class and making mistakes that can cause trouble for the other teachers. First few weeks was tough as I tried to follow on the footsteps of the teachers that was shown to me but eventually after experiencing the classroom atmosphere from a teacher’s perspective, I was able to conduct my classes, and day by day everything became much easier. All thanksto the teachers, this was an amazing experience.
