dc.description.abstractThis internship report represents the working experience on a telecommunication sector operated in Bangladesh named “Banglalink” as a part of completion for BBA Program. The main objective of the study is to get knowledge about the legal communication within various companies and also gaining the practical experience of corporate life and view the application of theoretical knowledge in the real life. Besides, it has provided me a chance to deal with some of the employees of different organizations. I have worked with the interconnection team. For that reason, I have focused on the activities of that team. Besides, I have presented my learning experience at Banglalink. I have discovered some positive and negative findings. On the basis of negative findings some recommendations are also given to improve the service quality of Banglalink. So far, from this report it can be said that it is one of the largest telecommunication company in the telecommunication industry in Bangladesh.
