Simple Tree

Abstract

This report is a discussion of the internship experience in Simple Tree in the department of Finance. The main work that was done during the internship is learned in the academic environment in the field of finance and accounting with the practical skills that one would require in the professional environment, especially when working in a real estate development company. The chapter 1 describes the background of the internship outlining the duties at the work place, the challenges which were encountered throughout the internship period. Chapter 2 will provide an organizational overview, which will be concerned with the structure of the company, its mission, and operations. Chapter 3 explores the project component of the internship, and the specific sense of focus, including financial performance, marketing strategy, or product development, is analyzed in more detail. The internship experience was informative to the day-today running of the company and it gave firsthand experience in finance, operations. The experience helped me to develop my professional competence and broaden my knowledge on industry practices, especially on real estate industry.
