The information of this essay is based on the hiring and selection techniques of Prime Jeans Culture Ltd. with relation to the techniques employed to find the best suited candidates for different positions in the organization. Therefore, this leads to enhancement of the organization’s efficiency as it provides a proper utilization of human resources across different functional domains.
