The Present Scenario of English Language Teaching at Kayra High School and College

Abstract

English is a global language, plays on essential role for communication across countries and fields such as literature, education and every invention sector. Its importance is highlighted in today's competitive world. This report highlights my experiences over the past three months, covering how I have developed as an educator. The internship focuses on observing secondary school English programs in Bangladesh examining various elements within the teaching environment. I gained practical insights into effective teaching strategies and ways to engage students. This internship not only expanded my understanding of the learning process but also enabled me to actively support student academic development. My time at the school was rewarding and inspiring, increasing my interest for creative and innovative teaching methods.
