Connell Brothers Co. Bangladesh Ltd. is the leading international marketer and distributor of agricultural products, animal feed and specialty chemicals and ingredients in Asia-Pacific. The main focus of this report is to know the compensation management system of Connell Bros. Co. Bangladesh Ltd. The Performance Management System is a route of setting purposes, building arrangements to attain the aims and ideal consequences. In this report I will include background of the organization, history, vision, mission, values and objective of my report. Connell Bros. Co. Bangladesh Limited has a robust HR department which is working in accordance with the techniques of the association and working with the point of accomplishing the crucial vision of the organization. Performance assessment system takes place under the HR department. A survey is conducted at corporate office of Connell Bros. Co. Limited to assess the appraisal system.
