Abstract

To complete my BBA program I did my internship at The Agrani Bank Ltd. This report describes all my learnings and experience I have gained while working in the organization. There is an overview of general banking activities, the process of the Human Resources department and also some brief about the other departments. The main objective is of the report to find out the contentment level of the employee and perception towards the organization. In the first phase, I have described the day to day operation of different departments, how the organization is controlling and operating throughout the country. I have also mentioned how the bank is working on continuous improvement both internally and externally. In findings, there is the analysis level of employee contentment through an online survey and related feedback with every situation. My report summarizes how the organization is working to improve service and focusing on employee contentment and necessary recommendation.
