Abstract
This report is basically on the service quality and customer satisfaction of Healthcare Information System Limited regarding its digital platform, Daktarbhai. It identifies HISL's strengths in technology, partnerships and urban reach but finds corresponding weaknesses in high call rates, inconsistent service and limited rural penetration. The report indicates that 80% of the customers were satisfied, it also points to various complaints regarding affordability, service quality, and customer care. Other recommendations are enhancement of pricing, improvement of customer support and rural access for HISL to position itself better in Bangladesh's digital healthcare market.
