Abstract
Berger is a well-known brand they convert their product decorative to industrial,
marine, wood coating and so on. Berger has opened twelve depos in Bangladesh
to help conduct its operations properly. Each unit needs a number of Sales
Associates to represent Berger Brand to end-users. Berger has a well-deserved
reputation for employee happiness and retention, and the quality and talents of
its employees are indisputable thanks to the company's training and development
program.
The first section explains the goal of this report as well as the methods I utilized
to compile it.
This report depicts Berger Sales Support's relationship with a client. The
background of Berger Paints Bd ltd is presented in the second section of this
report.
The third section depicts the aim of this report, as well as the client's relationship
with Berger and the approach they use to sustain it.
The rest of the section consists of me analyzing the survey questions and
attempting to come up with findings and recommendations for a better
management process based on them.
