Abstract

This report is based on my experiences teaching and observing others teach. This project's purpose is to figure out how English is taught in a Bangladeshi school. Its primary purpose is to teach others how to teach. I sat in on teachers' classrooms to observe how they conducted their teaching and whether or not they encountered any challenges. I also attempted to determine which method they use to run their classes. Throughout the project, I utilized the abilities and knowledge I gained from my renowned teachers. I've had to deal with a number of issues that I attempted to fix on my own. I also used observation tools to learn about the approaches and techniques that teachers employ. While I was observing classes, I also received feedback and evaluations to determine where I was weak and strong. This enabled me to do better in the future. I concentrated on teaching English in new and innovative methods.
