Abstract
There is a developing residential area in Ashulia. With the construction of
contemporary housing complexes, commercial hubs, educational institutions, and
healthcare facilities, the city has seen fast urbanization in recent years. Ashulia's
industrial sector employs many individuals who opt to reside in the surrounding
districts, which has led to an expanding population and a thriving neighborhood. This
project is also designed to cater the need of the thriving population, where the major
focus is the people who are going to live there. The housing complex is designed to
focus on the economy, culture, and social characteristics of the dwellers. Community
development is a major concern for this housing project. Climatic factors are also
considered while designing the project. The housing units are divided into different
sizes and zones according to the need to maintain a balanced and communal living.
