Abstract
This report succinctly describes my experience and skills growth at ‘La-Zenish’, an online women's traditional attire store that started its journey in 2024. It represents a crucial part of my 2 years MBA program for which an internship completion is mandatory. The key focus of this paper is to experience the real life application of online marketing strategy for an online small business, La-Zenish. This paper deeply describes my real life experience, the challenges, and the invented solution to overcome them. In addition, this paper also lays bare my knowledge and hands on experience which I have gained during the time. It highlights my MBA theoretical knowledge practical experiment, and sheds light on the utilization of tools and technologies. This report covers my whole journey, from the first marketing strategy application struggle to all the marketing strategies that were utilized at La-Zenish. Furthermore, through this I explore the valuable difference between theoretical knowledge and the hands on application of marketing terms for a real world business.
