Abstract
This internship report describes my real experience with Social Upliftment Society (SUS) is a famous NGO in Bangladesh. It supports poor and disadvantaged people. The organization works for education, health care, and empowerment of women, improving livelihood, natural disaster management, and different social awareness activities. During my internship I participated in many works such as office and administrative work, outside the office work and field activities etc. I collected different kinds of data and I noted them. I worked in daily administrative work. This activities and the tasks helped me a lot to understand the NGO activities. I also gained some skills like communication skills, time management skills, problem solving, and team work and so on. It helped me to connect with the real world. This report highlights the skills what I learned, the challenges, the experience of professional life. In conclusion, this internship helped me to understand the valuable information about the social development activities. It boosted me to do great for the people.
