Abstract
The topic of the report is “How International Supply Chain Education Alliance(ISCEA) is
approaching university students”. ISCEA Bangladesh proudly provides a range of services
for contributing to excel both individual and organizational performance.
In this report a brief overview of ISCEA’s major business practices in terms of marketing in
Bangladesh has been provided and highlighted. Their internal strategic analysis mentioning
their completive position in comparison to their competitors has been discussed as well. The
values and culture of ISCEA and how the two are interlinked with each other has been
mentioned. The major findings of the research are ISCEA’s current marketing strategies are
focused on generalized marketing tasks, innovation and creativity. They are also extensively
focused on software and IT on certain aspects of marketing. Lack of market research is a
major aspect that ISCEA needs to overcome on in order to make efficient use of resources. A
proper market research with the participation of hierarchy may help ISCEA to determine
what tools to use for specific campaigns. Recently ISCEA has set the target to approach
university students so proper market research is a must for them.
Nevertheless, this report will serve as an important evaluation of marketing approach to
younger generation by applying modern techniques from business viewpoint.
