This research, which was carried out as a requirement for the MBA program, is based on an internship at the Sonargaon Janapath Branch of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited, a bank that is licensed by the Bangladesh Bank. Since secondary sources made up the majority of the data collection for this research, a thorough and accurate analysis was guaranteed. There are six chapters in the report. The study's history, justification, aims, methods, and limitations are all described in depth in Chapter 1's introduction. Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited is thoroughly described in Chapter 2 along with its history, goals, commitments, organizational structure, branches, locations, Economic Value-Added (EVA) statement, and other pertinent firm data. With an emphasis on deposit analysis, the chapter analysis provides information on AIBL's deposits, growth, and composition. Banking services have been expanded to include services for individuals, and they accumulate risks in these much smaller businesses. There are different types of banks in Bangladesh. Different banks are established for different purposes and activities. All of these banks in Bangladesh are maintained by the government bank or banker of all banks or the guardians of all banks is named Bangladesh Bank. This is the central bank. There are many public and private banks. Janata bank is one of them as a public bank. Today, among other banks, Janata Bank Limited plays an important role in providing outstanding banking services to accelerate the social and economic development of the country. Janata Bank Limited is one of the best public banks in Bangladesh in terms of profits, efficiency, asset quality, good management high level of liquidity, and capital adequacy. The use of the latest technology in both equipment and banking makes the service efficient. Also, the marketing activities also play a significant role in proper efficiency and hold the market and prosperity. As per the instruction of my honorable supervisor, in this paper, the marketing activities of Janata bank limited is being discussed, and tried to find out the limitation and weaknesses in this purpose marketing activities. This study empirically examines the Effect of financial determinants on Return of Assets (ROA) in Islamic Bank of Bangladesh. The data for this study from 2015 to 2021 is based on the annual reports of each Islamic bank. The effect of financial determinants on Return of Assets evaluated using Fixed effect model and Random effect model under the Multiple Regression Analysis. The outcome of this study is that the relationship between financial indicators (EPS, capital adequacy, share price, cash, equity to total assets, book value per share, price to book value, and cost to income) and Return on Assets (ROA) in the Islamic banking sector of Bangladesh differs between the fixed effect and random effect models.Item Evaluation of Financial Performance of Agrani Bank Limited(Daffodil International University, 23-07-08) Niloy, Nurul HasnatThe financial system's cornerstone, the banking sector, is frequently referred to as being crucial to attaining economic expansion and growth. For trade and commerce to flourish, for jobs to be created, and for the industrial revolution to be promoted in an economy, the banking sector must expand. Over the past 20 years, Bangladesh's financial system has grown and changed in ways that were previously unheard of. Unfortunately, because to a lack of enough capital, strict control, an increase in non-performing loans, liquidity issues, and other factors, the rate of development slowed, resulting in substandard performance and efficiency. These problems have had a negative impact on Bangladesh's banking industry and overall economy, resulting in a lack of financial inclusion that restricts opportunities for people, companies, and society at large. They have partnered with the mobile financial service provider company bKash in order to make reforms that would guarantee the banking sector in Bangladesh keeps expanding. As a result, in terms of remittances throughout all of Bangladesh, they are ranked second to Islami Bank. They are ranked second overall among banks and first among public banks. By utilizing modern technologies, they are diligently working to keep the bar for our client services raised. They run 958 locations nationwide and are the only bank to provide real-time online banking. These real-time online branches do not exist at any of the banks in our country. Private sector banks may all provide real-time online services due to their modest branch network (200, 300, or 400), however public sector banks find it difficult. They are required to participate in several government development programs because they are a state bank. Agrani Bank is currently a major financier in the nation's energy sector. Several significant industrial expansion projects in the private sector have also received investment from them. For instance, they contributed money to build the Mayor Hanif Flyover. No private bank was interested in financing the project since they had predicted that it wouldn't be as profitable. The banks are now forced to engage in market competition with both domestic and foreign businesses. This is the reason I made the choice to successfully finish my banking internship program. This study was written after extensive, primarily descriptive, investigation. Data analysis was performed using both quantitative and qualitative methods, and the results were presented in Microsoft Word and Excel documents. The goal of this research is to examine the pattern of Bangladesh Commercial Bank Ltd.'s rising and broadening financial performance. However, the researchers were hampered in their efforts to finish the report by factors such as a lack of readily available statistical data; an inadequate number of relevant books; and a lack of time. Background information on Bangladesh Commercial Bank Ltd. There are two major stateowned commercial banks in Bangladesh, and the second largest is Bangladesh Commercial Bank Ltd. Its inception can be traced back to the 1972 Banks Nationalization Order. Everything from the bank's goals and objectives to its organizational structure and departments has been laid out for you. BCBL's greatest vulnerability is that it lacks information, technology resources, and promotional activities, which could have a negative impact on the bank's vast client base with huge amounts of deposit and market potentiality. BCBL's earnings per share, net profit margin, and market value can all benefit from a reduction in the company's debt ratio. Through lending and investing, a bank can impact the money supply. Banks collect deposits at the lowest feasible rate while providing loans and advances at a higher rate. The distinction between these is that the former is for the Bank. As a service-oriented industry, banks offer a variety of services to its consumers. As a result, every commercial bank must consider their clients first, because they are an essential element of the firm. Only theoretical knowledge is insufficient for Bachelor of Business Administration students to deal with real-life business situations. The Internship Program provides students with an excellent opportunity to learn about real-world business operations. Internships are the ideal combination of theoretical and practical life experience. It is a field where I can play my skilled. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is an undergraduate professional degree. The course is well-designed, with a nice balance of practical and theoretical components. Internships are an academic requirement for BBA students. Every student is obliged to work in a specified institution during their internship to broaden their practical knowledge. Paperless accounting system is the process of processing an entire transaction electronically without involvement of paper, mainly upgrading into automation. The trend is to reduce errors, fast reporting, reducing the storage and increasing security. As MLES is a hub of the global accounting process of Monstarlab, there is no option but going digital and implementing an automated accounts payable system. Procure to Pay (PTP) department of Monstarlab is currently involved with Accounts payable process of MENA and EMEA entities. This study will identify the impact of the paperless accounting system at Monstarlab.
