    HRM with Optimized Functional Implementation of National Data Center Reducing Time and Spelling Error Complexity

    Data Management in a fast and efficient way is one of the demanding technologies of today’s aspect. The “HRM with optimized functional implementation of National Database reducing time and spelling error complexity” is a system which makes the working procedures of present manual system of storing and retrieving citizen’s information easier and increases its efficiency to a high degree. The implemented search methodology is efficient enough for high speed data retrieval. Though there may be spelling error in the input keywords used for searching a citizen, it is able to find out the required data about the citizen. The search methodology accomplishes its goal due to its special design in the data structure. The main concern in this project is minimizing the total searching time for a given keyword. This can be done if we can pre-establish the idea of getting the data belonging to the keyword. The primary and secondary key-code generated by Double Metaphone Algorithm for each word is used to establish that idea about the word. This algorithm is used for creating the map of the original database, through which the keyword is matched against the data. The whole web-based National Data Center (NDC) is accessed from different terminals of a network. This system can be used to keep records, modification of record, search for citizens, admins and find out a particular record etc. In this report we describe the implementation procedure of NDC. We used the EntityRelationship model to design database that will store and organize the national data. We have stored the data in MySQL Database Server and populated it with some sample data. The system can keep track of admin info, admin accounts, records of citizen etc. Using HTML PHP, JavaScript, CSS we have created an Internet-based graphical user interface that allows users to access the system from any location.

    ONLINE STOCK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

    The target of our online Stock management system is to deliver the product to different user via online. It can be used via internet in which a user can see the products of stock that are available or not. If the products are available, then they have the opportunity to purchase the product from stock via online. The owner of the stock can easily change in different module of product by using the admin section. The system has been developed by designing appropriate menu in which the users can interact with the system easily. All related data has been analyzed considering data relation, data modeling and normalization of data file Structure using appropriate tools. The system has been designed in response to the concept of system analysis and design. We try our best to keep the system free from errors and inconsistency. The languages that are used to develop the system are HTML, PHP, CSS and Java script. MYSQL database is used to store and process various type of information. At last we can say the highest security is used to handle the data and password to protect the system from unauthorized access.

    E-COURIER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

    This present study E-Courier management system or ECMS has been developed to keeping in mind the heights of “Information technology has reached to new height” and when everything is powered with computers does make a great difference. The targets of our online courier service system is to pickup and deliver parcel or consignment from different user via online booking. Cost of the service is calculated according to the parcels weight, height, length, diameter and distance of sending and receiving branch. User can pay the service charge online via credit card and they can easily check their delivered parcel’s status by a given track number which will be sent automatically to the sender’s email after booking. There are two types of admin, they are main admin and branch manager. As well as the administrator’s functions are update and delete branches, adding new branches, view the status of parcels, update parcel rates etc. The functions of branch manager are updating parcel status that means the current location of the parcels, delete parcels, sort parcels etc. The system has been developed by designing appropriately in which the users can interact with the system easily. All related data has been analyzed considering data relation, data modeling and normalization of data file structure using appropriate tools.     Accessing PC Using Mobile Device via Bluetooth Technology

    The objective of our project is to develop software that will perform basic PC controlling operations using Bluetooth technology. We used an IDE (Integrated Development Environment), named NetBeans IDE 7.1.2, which gives us efficient and comprehensive facilities to develop the software. There are two programs we developed for our desired software (HSTU-Mobix), one program is for the mobile which works as the client and the other is server program. The client first discovers only the intended server site program and discovers what services it contains. Then the client program sends some stream data as command to PC’s virtual communication port (RFCOMM). The server program reads stream data from the communication port and executes those commands.

    JZ2ME ENGLISH TO ENGLISH DICTIONARY USING INDEXED BINARY SEARCH

    In this era of modern technology life is becoming very easier. To make all activity of the human life easier and convenient, one of the major facts must be considered — device size. With the growth of technology the size of everything is becoming smaller. We everyone wants to get very powerful and effective services from a single, small thing. As an example, a Cell Phone. In present days, Cell Phones or Mobile Phones are not used only in voice or text communications, it provides multimedia, analytical etc functionality as well. Even the powers and working abilities of Cell Phones are becoming higher so that they are called smart phones or some times pocket PCs. In the other hand, English is the de-facto International Language to communicate with the people of different community and different country. Hence, English to English Dictionary can help to learn English in an easy way. As well as various dictionaries as paper copy and software are available for Personal Computers online and offline to learn a language. A few software or application is available for Cell Phones. In this Project English to English Dictionary application software has been developed for Java supported Cell Phones which are widely used in developing countries as Bangladesh. There are some English to English Dictionary applications available for Cell Phones. In this project, a simplified, user-friendly and efficient application has been tried to develop. This Project allows user to search for a specific word and navigate through a list of words and provides the word finder suggestion, selects a word, auto-navigates through the word list, corresponding meaning and synonym finding etc services. To make this application efficient and user-friendly Custom Item to create customized user interface and event handler, separate file-groups or file fragmentation to store the dictionary data and an especial customized searching technique called Indexed Binary Search for finding words from the list quickly have been used. In this paper the requirement, system analysis, system design, implementation, operation process of the system and other things are described very carefully. It is a hope that, this application will help the users to learn English in very different and easier way.

    First world countries are adopting IT in their daily life extremely. Especially medical services are extremely qualified. They can search in the net about their health related problems; Even latest technologies, services and medicine. On the net they can even search for their best affordable doctors and hospitals. They can get admitted into it, they can make appointment over net. After all it can be said that most of the countries in the world are using IT for the medical sector as a powerful tools of giving services to the people so that they get the best service. Unfortunately, in Bangladesh we don’t have enough health related services. Online Doctors Appointments System (ODAS) is a real-time web application for doctor’s appointment. The application has three main sections. First section is the general information, about doctor, contact information, etc. only the register Patient can login and make appointment 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Second Section is doctor login, only authorized Doctor can login. Modify information doctor, print or View any day appointments. Third section is Administrator; they edit or modify all information of doctor or Patient in the side. The database, store procedures and computer program is design in such way to accommodate different situation. Using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL Languages are used to develop the front end of the systems. MySQL database is used to store and process various type of information.We have tried very hard to make this projects error free. Finally we can ensure that highest security is used to handle the data and password. The systems are able to deny the unauthorized access.
