Productivity Analysis and Application of Improvement Techniques In a Manufacturing Plant (Ready made Garments Industry)

Productivity is an important fact for every manufacturing industry. It is a vital to decrease the production lead time as well as manufacturing cost. For productivity improvement it becomes essential to decrease the waiting time, process bottlenecks and increase the production line efficiency. Time study and line balancing are effective techniques to reduce the operation time and improve the productivity. Assembly line balancing technique was used in some manufacturing industries for single production line to identify and remove the no value added activities and increase the productivity. But, it becomes essential to apply time study and line balancing techniques for the number of production lines of various products in small and large RMG industries to improve its productivity. In this work, a single case study carried out on SK Garments, which is producing T-shirt. The current state of productivity measures in the plant and its effectiveness of the measurement were studied. During study period time study is performed on four different products of RMG industries and production lines are balanced through the distribution of works among the work stations by line balancing. Thus, new production layouts are modeled with the balanced capacity combining both modular line and traditional manufacturing system together. This research report provides pragmatic guidelines for the garments manufacturers to improve their industrial productivity and capacity by applying some essential tools like time study, line balancing etc. This study also suggests the possible improvement techniques that can be applied to improve the productivity of the plant.
Radio Network Planning Involving Optimized 4g Parameters

Mobile communication is developing very rapidly with passage of time, new technologies are being introduced to facilitate the mobile users more from the technology. The past technologies are replaced by new ones and needs are growing for the new technologies to be developed. One such development is fourth generation networks involving LTE. Also called future generation or Next Generation Networks. The introduction of 4G has widened the scope of mobile communication. This thesis is based on the newly advanced cellular technology called LTE. It is intended to give a good understanding of LTE radio network planning and optimization of a desired area. The LTE radio network planning involves in coverage estimation, capacity evaluation. In this thesis the coverage estimation and capacity evaluation is done collection of existing parameters and we used those parameters into simulation tool to calculate the desired area. This simulation was perform atoll software version 3.3 to calculate the coverage and the capacity of the desired area and generate simulation result. We propose that by using such scheme we can achieve better QoS during the process of handover
Home Automation with Google Assistant

Comfort is becoming a major priority in the 21st century. So, the revolutions of computing and smart environment came into existence. Some technologies like Ubiquitous/pervasive and ambient intelligence satisfy the maximum need of smart world but these technologies are not tightly coupled with the internet, so the people need another technology extension. Internet of Things (IoT) is an ideal buzzing technology to influence the internet and communication technologies. IoT allows people and things to be connected anytime, anyplace, with anything and anyone, by using ideally in any path/network and any service. Home automation system achieved great popularity in the last decades and it increases the quality of life. In this thesis, an overview of home automation systems is discussed. This thesis presents a design and prototype of the Home Automation system. The main part is NodeMCU, which has inbuilt Wi-Fi module, which will help in controlling devices over the Internet. It supports a wide range of home automation devices like power management systems. In addition to that, an app would be developed which will allow the user to control their devices using the Google Assistant.

The purpose of this document is to describe the features and procedures that were followed in the development of the project. This document specially mentions the details of the project and how it was developed, all the requirements and functionalities of the system throughout the project. Think of a Curriculum Vitae (CV) as a tool for marketing yourself. It's more than just a document: It outlines your background, your skills, and your education so that a potential employer is quickly and easily able to see how your individual experiences can contribute to a company's success. However, often this outreach is done without adequate data on which to base decisions especially fresh graduates. The system was developed with the aid of markup languages; HTML, CSS and JavaScript for front-end. PHP and MySQL were used for Back-end development. Bootstrap was also used for design and Xammp was used as local host. Our application will provide jobs opportunities also for the users, whenever the users visit the website, they can easily access job market. And the more important point is our website will be open for everyone, who accessed the internet, and the services will be offered freely, without any payment. By implementing our application, the new ideas about CVs will be implemented; we will follow the new and updated formats for CVs, which are well acceptable in job market.
