Item Depression Analysis From Social Media Bengali Comments Using Machine Learning Techniques(Daffodil International University, 23-02-18) Hasan, MehediDepression is a major public health concern that can have significant negative impacts on an individual's quality of life. Early detection of depression can be crucial for facilitating timely treatment and improving outcomes. In this study, we aimed to investigate the use of machine learning algorithms for detecting depression in social media comments written in Bengali, a language spoken by millions of people around the world. We collected a dataset of social media comments written in Bengali and labeled them according to the emotional state of the person posting (e.g., happy, sad, or depressed). We describe the development and evaluation of several different algorithms, including SVM, LR, DT, KNN, CB, and LR. The results of our evaluation showed that the SVM algorithm had the highest accuracy, receiving a 75.28% score and being able to detect depression with high accuracy, suggesting that social media comments written in Bengali could be a useful source of data for detecting depression. We have done a lot of work for this project using atom, where we have loaded web application which is very easy for the users and we have created it in a very interesting way. Science our project is web based; it will need an internet connection to run. When you open the application, it will take you to home page, blood, ambulance, and covid-19. Data received from the users is stored in a database at the end of the process, which we can operate with SQL, MySQL. Our project will be able to save all the information of the user such as name, address, email, phone number. Anyone can access our web application and get the treatment and also ambulance number in case of an emergency. Here every comments and reviews are filtered using code. To remove spam and filter data from web page this platform helps the owner of website a lot. Most of the time automated bot or spam reviews are added in website. For this reason bad impact is imposed on a project. To solve this problem we tried to use simple filtering structure in our project with short algorithm. This project still not smart according to our observations. To make it more smart and intelligent we are continuously work on it.Item A Deep Computer Vision Approach to Detect Eggplant Diseases(Daffodil International University, 2021-09) Hasnat, Abul; Hasan, MehediFarming inputs are very vital, yet they are not always available to farmers. The goal of this research was to construct an intelligence system utilizing the recognition of eggplant diseases utilizing picture treatment techniques in order to educate farmers about eggplant sickness. The lack of data for both disorders encouraged us to develop a standard dataset for two prominent diseases in the laboratory. Pre-trained Eggplant-disease classification Visual Geometry Group 16 (VGG16) resnet50 and inceptionV3 architectures are used in our work. Further, VGG16 was utilized as the 8th convolution layer feature extractor and these features were used to graduate illnesses. An equivalent or in some cases a greater accuracy was shown in the analysis. There have been proposed possible causes for variations in interclass precision and future direction. Our highest accuracy is achieved by VGG16 the accuracy rate is 99.55%.Item Detection of Recyclable Product(Daffodil International University, 2021-06-01) Islam, Sahajul; Lifa, Lifonar Afrin; Hasan, MehediDetection of recyclable products by artificial intelligence is an ongoing research area. Recent techniques by advanced robotics are generated by fuzzy logic systems. Fuzzy logic captures the uncertain systems perfectly. In this study, a fuzzy logic model has been designed for the detection of recyclable products. Here shape, cleanliness and materials are taken inputs for the Mamdani FIS system. These inputs are perfect for detecting any unknown objects to recyclable or not. This study also investigates similar other results. Mainly in this study, we have used some membership functions and with this, we have made some rules to get our accuracy for the result. We have gathered some information and analyzed it before assigning values to the membership function in order to achieve the highest level of accuracy. Recycling is important for our nation and the whole environment. It will help us to save our resources and money. By recycling recyclable products we can also combat global warming, decrease pollution and save the environment and wildlife. As a result of this research, it is now much easier to determine whether a product is recyclable or not.
