Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA) at Olivine Limited

I had the opportunity of interning at Olivine Limited as part of my undergraduate studies in software engineering at the Daffodil international university. At Olivine Limited I served as an SQA engineer intern. These internships hold an important relevance to students, academic and future career goals, as they provide valuable experience and knowledge about the software industry. Due to my fascination with software testing, I took the chance to intern at Olivine Limited, which serves as the main objective of the present report. 1.2 Rational Internships play an important role in the development of workplace confidence, professionalism, work-life balance, critical thinking, and work in a collaborating environment, all of which are important to success and are also key outcomes of internships. The student of the undergraduate program can also earn essential experience and knowledge, which has numerous benefits. Students participating in internships get the chance to learn and gain experience that eases the transition from the academic world to the working world. The internship gave me the chance to use my hypothetical information directly in real-world projects and gain experience. Which allowed me to examine fresh viewpoints and develop a better understanding of the ideas I cultured in the classroom. Software testing involves the validation and verification of system Objectives and behaviors to ensure the level of accuracy. It also provides companies with an objective and unbiased understanding of the software, which enables them to comprehend the risks affiliated with software implementation. Software Quality Assurance (SQA) includes a series of actions aimed at ensuring the quality of software by following a set of steps and processes. Its primary objective is to ensure that the software produced meets the quality requirements and standards. SQA is a continuous process integrated into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure that the developed software achieves the targeted quality standards. SQA steps are applied across different software development models. And are widely used in almost all types of software development. SQA combines and applies different software testing strategies to evaluate the program. Instead of checking for quality after the software is completely built, SQA focuses on assessing throughout the entire.

My name is Al Emam Emon, and I am a student with the ID 172-35-2185, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering with a major in Cyber Security at Daffodil International University. As a part of my academic curriculum, I am undertaking an internship as an auditor for information systems at Sami Tech LTD in the IT audit department, starting from November 1st, 2022.Working in the field of cybersecurity has always been a passion of mine, and this internship presents a tremendous opportunity to gain practical experience in this vast and vital area. This report is a culmination of my academic knowledge and hands-on experience during my time at SAMI TECH LTD throughout the internship period. Daffodil International University, recognized as one of the top private universities in Bangladesh, offers an excellent opportunity for students interested in the field of cybersecurity. They provide a concentration in cybersecurity as part of their science degree program. As a cybersecurity student, this internship became an integral component of my undergraduate studies. In my third year of study, I achieved the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certificate, further enhancing my skills and knowledge in the cybersecurity domain. Throughout my undergraduate education, I gained insights into various areas, including vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, digital forensics, and information system auditing. During my adult education in information systems, I discovered a keen interest in pursuing a career as an Auditor. This internship has been a valuable experience, allowing me to bridge the gap between theory and practice, enriching my knowledge, and honing my skills in the field of information systems auditing. It has been instrumental in paving the way for a fulfilling career in this dynamic and critical area. 9 © Daffodil International University 1.3 Motivation The primary motivation for seeking an internship is to gain valuable industry experience under the mentorship of experienced experts. Although a college program lays the groundwork, obtaining hands-on exposure in real-world scenarios is crucial, and an internship provides exactly that. Furthermore, this chance will greatly influence and propel my career as an IT system auditor. 1.4 Objectives The primary objective of my internship revolved around complementing my theoretical academic knowledge with practical experience in the field. I aimed to grasp the fundamental concepts, components, and overall workings of IT audit as a business. Throughout the internship, I acquired a substantial amount of technical knowledge and skills. Moreover, being part of a team during the internship provided me with an excellent opportunity to enhance my communication and leadership abilities. This internship report highlights the work carried out by the author in the terms of academic and also software industry perspectives. The scope of this documentation is to describe the analytics carried by the author, the project completed and the experience gained by working in this period as an intern. My six months Industrial Internship Program work term was with ‘Go Zayaan’. Here I was involved in the area of backend software development, all of which will be outlined in this report. This report will cover some background information of the projects that I was involved in, as well as details on how projects were developed, And the experience that I have gained during this period. This internship report mostly consists of the overview of the work that I have done as an intern. In the first few months I did an API based mini project to learn what is API and how it works and later I developed few APIs for our in-house web application. To me, one of the most important achievements of mine is developing API using Django REST Framework.

In my internship report, I would like to describe how we can use them properly after our academic studies in industry. Suddenly I got the opportunity to do an internship at Freeman Tech Ltd. I was given 4 months for an internship. There I was first taught HTML CSS JavaScript and Bootstrap again. After learning these, I was given different types of demo work and I had to design them. Even if they could design at first, they would not be responsive. Later when I mastered HTML CSS JavaScript and Bootstrap I was able to make all designs responsive. After learning design I learned PHP for the back-end again. Then I learned how to implement the popular PHP framework Laravel. I got an idea about MVC. After getting an idea of everything I am designing a project to the left of the VIP Landmark and working on a few modules in the backend. This project is a lot like Shanta Holding. I have been able to use the things I have learned in the right way here.

In my last semester of B.Sc. in Software Engineering at Daffodil International University, I had to do an internship program of 6 months in a reputed software company. My internship company was Datatech BD LTD. I am doing an Internship at Datatech BD LTD. As a Web Developer. Basically it’s a Software Company. Datatech BD Ltd is a Bangladeshi software firm that specializes in software development. Since May 2019, the company has offered a wide range of high-quality services in the development, delivery, and maintenance of software in Bangladesh. I have been working here since February 2021. It’s located in West Agargaon, She-e-Bangla Nagar, and Dhaka during my internship period, I have worked on a project. I worked on the seller panel of a multi-vendor e-commerce site in my office. Creating a seller panel where the seller can add his own product, edit product, delete product, show product list, show order list and show order details. The Products can be seen on the website. Customer can view the product on the website and place an order, and the order will go to the seller's account.

As a SWE student, everyone must move forward with technologies one side. Fortunately, So I’ve got an internship on Web application design and Development at skill.jobs. It is a Daffodil international universities’ Subsidiary institute which gives IT Training, Consulting and Job Placement into Software Company. They offer us different types of opportunities such as Internship, Job placement. My main objective of this internship is Web application design and development.so that I’ve joined inskill.jobs. After joining I can learn a lot from this Company and there I had responsibilities. I have learned all kinds of official manner, communication with a colleague, how to perform duties, finish the task on the right time, etc. During my internship, I’ve accomplished the tasks such as: Before starting work at first gathering basic ideas on Domain, Hosting, IP, Server, different languages, structured query language, Domain control panel, Local Server and then installing and configuring XAMPP server and others software . Then I started my work. The Website Design and Develop, Database Creation, connecting with the database, testing different browsers. I’m working with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PHP, MySQL, PHP-framework LARAVEL 6.0. Most of the time, I worked on the website backend, from validation to SQL query. I understand by an internship how to handle group-wise work, real-life project discussion, etc. This Internship takes me to all sites of a Web Application Design and Development. Finally, I want to say that this internship will help a lot in my future career.
Design and Development POS for Super shop Market

This design can be found on a "Point of Sale." A considerable number of Supermarkets, Independent Company Associations, and individual stores are migrating to a paperless business arrangement as a result of the recent online common difficulty and widespread application of data creation. For a healthy and effective operation, the point of sale becomes critical. There are a plethora of other Points of Sale. Our trip is entirely focused on the perspective of Bangladeshi visitors, and the system is accessible over the internet. We attempted to establish such a Point of Trade for development in this system. The desire for a similar method was gathered from several Supermarkets, Small Business Associations, and specific stores. The planned solution was designed in response to stoner demand. The system as well as tools The system was put to the test for several purposes and found to be satisfactory. In future the system will be integrated for smart phone stoner.

Predicting Suicidal Behavior Due to COVID-19

Covid-19 has been a major worry over the world in recent years. At the time of this epidemic, psychological problems as well as suicidal issues are being noticed among the people. The main research of this paper will be mainly on the prediction purpose of Suicidal Behavior. Most of them are young and the age range is 18-35 years. This research is based on the data of “Achol Foundation” which contains 2077 columns and 30 features. Using the Deep Learning Concept- Artificial Neural Network model used to predict the suicidal behavior of a single person. For this research, the parameters have been tuned by cleaning the data from complete data through data analysis. Data cleaning has been done through Excel and Python libraries and modeling has been done at Matlab. Using the ANN model, the accuracy score is 79.42% which has been able to give a really good result. In the future, steps may be taken to arrange online consultancy based on this prediction of who is going to attempt suicide.
