It benefits the state, society, and individual alike. There is no goodness or security for the world except through it. In its view, the moral mission is most necessary. Therefore, we see that morality is one of the most important pillars and foundations upon which the system of human life is based. There is no doubt that the moral level of a nation is the measure of its civilization and the foundation for building its society. Some of our scholars have spoken comprehensively in which they explained the reality of good character. They said: It is for a man to be very shy, rarely harmful, very righteous, truthful of tongue, few in speech, much in action, few in error, little inquisitive, pious and upright, dignified and patient, content and forbearing, gentle, harsh and transparent, neither a curser nor a slanderer, nor a backbiter nor hasty or persecuting, nor conceited or envious, cheerful and cheerful, loving for God's sake and hating for God's sake, being pleased for God's sake and becoming angry for God's sake. You see that good morals in Islam have occupied a prestigious position and have taken up a large space in its rulings And his teachings, this may appear in the urging and emphasis on adhering to them and his emphasis on adorning oneself with them, and his call to devoid of their opposites. Noble morals are considered a sign of the perfection of faith and a characteristic of the believer and the goal of his message and mission. A man’s goodness is not measured by his prayers and fasting alone, but rather his morals and character must be considered. Item The Goals of Islamic Sufism and Its Effects on Human Life(Department of Islamic Studies, Uttara University, Dhaka, Bangladsh., 2016-10-01) Islam,Muhammad ShahidulIslamic Sufism represents a large part of the Muslim heritage. It is necessary to study it to distinguish what is beneficial from what is harmful, guidance from misguidance, reform what can be reformed, and reject what cannot be accepted. The goals of Islamic Sufism are to purify souls, because correct behavior and the purification of souls are among the greatest matters of religion and its most noble characteristics. Our righteous predecessors paid attention to legitimate behavior in both knowledge and practice. Outward behavior is associated with inner faith, and outward righteousness stems from inner righteousness. Despite the great need to understand behavior in both knowledge and practice, we may not find contemporary writings that address the behavioral aspect through the methodology of the Sunnis. This is in addition to the many violations and deviations from proper behavior by a large number of Sunnis, let alone others. Now, where are the goals of Sufism and its effects on human life, God willing?Item The Role of The Holy Qur'an in Islamic Law(Department of Islamic Studies, Uttara University, Dhaka, Bangladsh., 2016-10-01) Ahammad,Syed SahidThe Holy Qur'an contains a complete code of justice and moral values as well as the laws based thereupon. The Holy Qur'an, a divine Book, is the direct articulation from Allah, revealed on the Prophet SAW. through the angel Hazrat Jibrail AM. during the particular moments. This divine book tells us how to lead our life as good Muslims, i.e., pray five times in a day, refraining from drinking alcohol, use of scientific information contained therein. and also the abstract information on what will happen in the future after the world is ended. The best proof that it is the word of Allah is the verse of the Qur'an itself. Since the Holy Qur'an contains the commands of the Almighty, it is an Ordinance, law and legislature for us. It is also an exhaustive code of divine orders to guide those who believe in the supreme unseen the creator. Item Rights of a Muslim Woman in Family after Dissolution of Marriage: Bangladesh Perspectives(Department of Islamic Studies, Uttara University, Dhaka, Bangladsh., 2016-10-01) Ahamuduzzaman, Dr.The laws of Bangladesh have provided equal rights for all citizens with special provisions for woman or children or backward sections of people. A woman after marriage constitutes a new family with her husband by affinity in addition to her paternal family relationship based on blood. A Muslim woman can claim different types of rights through a valid marriage and even after dissolution of marriage such as dower, maintenance, inheritance or safety and security in a family either as a wife or as a daughter or as a mother of her legitimate child under Shariah as well as statutory laws. However, the inconsistencies of statutory laws with shariah or conflicting provisions of various laws causes serious problem for ensuring rights of a Muslim woman after dissolution of marriage. The succession rights to her paternal family never extinguisher due to her marriage. The recent enacted laws on parent's maintenance imposed duties on every capable child to provide maintenance to their parents. This paper examines all the relevant laws of Bangladesh on the subject in addition to a member of case references to identit rights of a Musion woman after dissolution of herItem উমাইয়া ইবন আবিস সালতের কাব্যে মহান আল্লাহর মহিমা ও একত্ববাদ: একটি বিশ্লেষণ(Department of Islamic Studies, Uttara University, Dhaka, Bangladsh., 2016-10-01) উদ্দিন, মুহাম্মদ নেছারUmaia Ibn Abis Salt was a talented poet of the Arabic Literature. According to historians, he was born in the famous Thaqif dynasty towards the middle of the 6th century. An extraordinary genious and talent emerged in him even in his boyhood. Impressed by his ardent eagerness for the attainment of knowledge, everybody loved him. Poet Umaia grew up with his faith in one creator from his boyhood. That is why all his poems are sacredly free from the evil culture of the Jahili age, polytheism, shirk and bid'at. To the critics of Arabic Literature he is known as a fore-runner of an individualistic syntax embedded in religious sentiment. He kept his sense of true subject matter infact in his poetry and presented it properly in appropriate diction. At the same time the poet has organized his religious subjects in lucid words and language and hinted at a religious spirit of life. Especially evident in his poems is the excellent description of the great creator Allah's monotheism and glory, the arrival of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in the world, the next world, angels and Allah's great seat and so on. All these things will be a new source of inspiration in the hearts of those who believe in the spirit of religion and love literature. This exsay makes an overall explanation of Allah's glory and monotheism in the light of Umaia's poems.
