Item A Novel Analytical Method Development of Esomeprazole Pellet(Daffodil International University, 2024-01-22) Sarker, Md. Shah NewajProton pump inhibitors (PPIs), also called gastric medicine, are among the most frequently prescribed medications globally. Medications such as Esomeprazole, Omeprazole, Pantoprazole, and others have nearly become ubiquitous in Bangladesh. Although available in various forms on the market, capsules (pellets) are the most prevalent. Analyzing pharmaceuticals is laborious because only a limited number of pharmaceutical companies produce them internally; the rest purchase granules that have been filled into capsule shells and sold. Thus, only a few in-house methods exist to facilitate the analytical process. The majority of them rely on pharmacopoeial methods such as BP and USP. Although these techniques are widely used, they may only apply to some pharmaceuticals. Therefore, this study is preoccupied with developing a novel technique to facilitate the analysis of PPI pellets. It is a finished product for a company that has only sold granules; it is a raw material for a purchaser. The analytical technique can, therefore, be identical for both. For an analyst to analyze these PPI granules, an effective method for both the primary material and the final product must exist. This analysis uses High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), the most effective method for separating and identifying mixtures of various components. In addition, distinct reagent and chromatographic conditions are implemented, given that this is a novel methodology. The ultimate findings exhibit encouraging results. This approach reduces both time and analysis costs, albeit with minor drawbacks. Esomeprazole, PPI, particle analysis, HPLC, and the development of analytical methods are all keywordsItem A scientific Research on Synbiotic Impacts of Brown Rice and Beet Root with Yogurt on Hypolipidemic, Hypoglycemic, Hepatoprotective, Gut Health, and CNS-depressant Activities in Exploratory Mice”(Daffodil International University, 2024-07-05) Emu, Mst. Nasrina AkterThe outline of this research study is how it affects mice when they intake fiber combination with other materials as yogurt, standard statin and standard synbiotic. Cardiovascular ailment, diabetic complications, as well as liver damaging, and uneasiness are the most continual disorder around the world. Conventional medicines can cause bradycardia, shortness of breath, inconvenience in the stomach, and different other liver and kidney emerge. Regardless both of these ongoing difficulties, this most recent vivo study investigation was carried out to assess whether fiber-containing materials from Brown rice, as well as Beet roots, and yogurt, were mixed by utilizing Carlyle vegetarian capsules on Wister albino mice for 2 weeks as a substitution to sources from nature. The synbiotic source of the Carlyle capsule (0.009 g/kg) and the fiber-containing group (Brown rice 3.92 g/kg, Beet roots 1.88 g/kg + yogurt 0.53 g/kg) were utilized per day for 14 days. The SGPT and CRP values showed up worthy in comparison to the control (39.33 IU/L and 0.3mg/dL), through the fiber combination had a esteem of (40 IU/L and 0.09 mg/dL). Especially, its affect on OGTT levels inside the control group was 5.2 mol./L, whereas the fiber mixture in the gather remained 7.9 mol./L. The fiber combination has a clear effect on cholesterol levels makes a different to keep up lipids inside satisfactory limits and has anti-depressant movement. The level of add up to cholesterol was 229 mg/dL, triglycerides were 148 mg/dL, HDL was 61 mg/dL, and LDL was 97 mg/dL for the control groups. In differentiate, the group accepting the fiber combination groups had lipid profiles of 161 mg/dL, 139 mg/dL, 61.14 mg/dL, and 64 mg/dL in that arrange. Subsequently, the combination of soluble and insoluble fiber is thought to be auspicious results in maintaining liver along with cardiovascular ailment. To fortify the validity of these claims, advance investigate has to be statements.Item A survey on “Knowledge, attitude and lifestyle of Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) patients in Chattogram Division”(Daffodil International University, 2024-05-14) Hoshen, Muhammad FarhadThe main causes of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis are known to be excessive food consumption and inactivity (NASH). Currently, the only available treatment for NASH disease is lifestyle modification. It's unclear how best to encourage behavior change in this group of people. This study aimed to characterise the relationship between patient disease knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours as well as evaluate the impact of an educational intervention. There were 171 NASH patient interviews conducted in total, where male patients were 93 and female patients was 78. Though most patients knew that the main therapy was weight loss through diet and exercise, ambiguity surrounding the diagnosis and etiology of their liver disease was a major theme. Male NASH patients' dietary habits were considerably different from those of normal male subjects, including the length of dinnertime, the quantity of rice consumed, and the frequency of consuming meat, fries, Chinese noodles, sweets, and instant food on a weekly basis. There were distinctions in the amount of rice that women ate at suppertime, how often they ate out, and how much they enjoyed sweets. Compared to female patients, male individuals with NASH exercised far less. The lifestyle preferences of NAFL and NASH were remarkably similar. There were no discernible lifestyle differences between NASH individuals who were obese and those who were not. The survey's most surprising conclusion was that men's lifestyles played a significant influence in the emergence of NASH.Item A survey on Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice towards taking Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) among Bangladeshi villagers(Daffodil International University, 2024-01-22) Sarker, MithunIt is a survey on Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice towards taking Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) among Bangladeshi villagers. Out most of the villagers don’t know about proper use of PPIs. They do not know when it will be taken and why the are taken PPIs? There haven’t any awareness between most of the Bangladeshi villagers. Who don’t have any formal educational knowledge the take PPIs without doctor’s advice. They go to pharmacy and bye PPIs. They don’t know about dose of the PPIs at a time. The take their own advice. They take it after taking food. That’s why it can not work properly. In the result Most of the Bangladeshi villagers are use PPIs. Most of them are woman and who do not have any educational knowledge the use without doctors prescription. Who are Educated they know everything about PPIs. But one part of educated villagers don’t know when it will be take. They take it after taking food. That’s why it can’t work 100% or properly. They do not know about it’s demerits. They don’t have any knowledge it create some adverse effect after taking PPIs. On the other hand who are un educated, don’t have any academic knowledge they don’t have any knowledge about PPIs. They take it without doctor’s prescription. They do not know when it will be taken. And they take it randomly. They also don’t know 30-60 minutes before taking food it will be taken. That’s why there are suffering mane problems and for that reasons PPIs can not work properly. For that reason PPIs don’t it’s 100%.Item A Survey on Prevalence & Treatment of Pneumonia at Hospital in Gazipur(Daffodil International University, 2024-07-01) Islam, Md.
