    E-Commerce in Business to Consumer
(East West University, 9/11/2015) Rahman, Sakib
The E-Commerce or Electronic Commerce is a term for any type of business or commercial transaction that involves the transfer of information across the Internet. It is currently one of the most important aspects of the Internet to emerge. E-commerce has grown tremendously worldwide. The aim of my study is to develop an e-commerce web service. In my project, I develop a Business to Consumer (B2C) e-commerce web service that customers can buy products via Internet. From my web service users can easily access it, can select the categories, select the products and take which quantity they want and paying by bank account, cheque or on delivery. I also study the technical perspective of e-commerce how it is build and what software and hardware are needed to run it. I use several methods to reach our goals to develop an ecommerce, design and developed front-end for normal users and back-end for admin. Architecture and code review of e-commerce site and introducing intentional change to understand e-commerce engine. E-commerce has significant impact on societies and business. In the future e-commerce may become totally mobile based. iii

Verification of Web Service Composition Using “SPIN”
(East West University, 9/12/2015) Hasan, Mohammad Mohibul; Akhunji, Abdur Razzaq
Web service composition and its verification is an important part to get an error free web service. In a web service there are huge business transaction occurs. Sometimes in business transaction, it needs to deal with faults that can arise in any stage of transaction. So always roll back mechanism is not possible to solve this problem. In order to achieve a common business goal, the protocol of interaction must be correct. In this project we have established a Broker system and encode this overall model into PROMELA (Model checking Language). For verify this model we also have used linear temporal logic and convert it to never claim property to verify this model accuracy. If any oversight happened then a compensation mechanism has been used to handle the situation.

A Simple Recommendation System Using Bayesian Theory and Expectation Maximization
(East West University, 9/16/2015) Rahman, Mahmudur; Foysal, Noman Ibn
From ancient time, service of any shop or business or the quality of any product got reputation by the users. When a user praised highly or badly about any product or service it created a butterfly effect of individual advertisement that reached far beyond the limit that the service/product provider could reach themselves . In classical period Books and newspapers have done this reviewing job and now this is again done by the individual user using various sites on the internet .By using this reputation new or undecided user of a particular product/service were able to choose properly We have tried to create an online service that helps to review a restaurant by an individual user which will not only able to create an online reputation for the users but also help the individual /a group of users to find a better choice of places for them.

    Online Advising and Student Forum
(East West University, 9/10/2015) Ashik, Robiul Kabir
In this project, we develop a design of an online advising and student forum. We have to develop this system for the students of East West University. We believe this online management system will definitely help the students of East West University so they can finish their advising at their home or they don’t need to come campus and stay in a queue. We have analyzed the included necessary functions in our system. In my project there is login system for students for advising. A student forum where student can registration and login in to forum. In the forum a student can write post, comment on a post.

Review-Bd.net: A website to share user experiences on different products and services
(East West University, 9/10/2016) Islam, Md. Zahidul; Hosen, Mamun
In this project, we develop a website that is kind a blog website related to any kind of reviews like food, movies, technology etc. It is an effort to give people some idea about something that they are going to consume. We named this website Review-BD. We have used HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and j Query, Bootstrap for front end and PHP Codeigniter MVC framework for server end and MySQL for the database. And also we are hoping to make the site smarter in future.

Socify-A Web Based Social Networking System
(East West University, 9/16/2015) Chakma, Junan
Socify is a social networking web application. This application has mainly three section, user section and admin section. In user section a user can login/registration, follow other user, see his/her followers, see his/her followed users , see other users profile, post tweet ,delete tweets, post picture, update own profile, find out other users. An admin can do all the things that a user can do as well as admin can delete any other user. If any user deleted by admin, all of his/her information(tweets, pictures, email, name) will be deleted and updated all users followers/followings list. There are also many features in this system such as email verification, forgot password, login with remember me check box, hashed password, automated testing, strong security.

An Optimal Design of Reversible Fault Tolerant n Bit Comparator
(East West University, 9/10/2015) Ahmed, Istiaq; Trisha, Nusrat Jahan
This thesis presents synthesis of the reversible comparator. The proposed circuits are designed using only parity preserving Fredkin and Feynman double gates. Thus, these circuits inherently turn into fault tolerant circuits. In addition, a lower bound on the number of constant inputs and garbage outputs for the reversible fault tolerant comparator has been proposed. It has been evidenced that the proposed circuit is constructed with these optimal garbage outputs and constant inputs. Moreover, a design algorithm for the generalized fault tolerant comparator has been presented. The comparative results show that the proposed design performs much better and has significantly better scalability than the existing approaches.

An Efficient Fault Tolerant Design of Reversible Sequential Circuits
(East West University, 9/12/2015) Tanzil, H.M.; Hasan, Maksudul; Jahan, Imtiaz
In this paper we proposed reversible synthesis for the several popular sequential circuits such as shift register, binary adder and Multipliers. All the proposed circuits are constructed with the parity preserving reversible gates. Thus, the proposed circuits inherently become fault tolerant. In addition, several lower bounds on the number of garbage outputs and constant inputs of the reversible fault tolerant sequential circuits have been proposed. It has also been shown that the proposed circuits are constructed with these optimal parameters. Moreover, the generalized algorithms for the fault tolerant sequential circuits have been presented. The performance study shows that the proposed fault tolerant circuits are much faster than the existing reversible non-fault tolerant counterparts.

Bangladeshi Dialect Recognition using MFCC, Delta, Delta-delta and GMM
(East West University, 9/10/2015) Amin, Ruhul; Rahman, Zahida
Automatic recognition systems are commonly used in speech processing to classify observed utterances by the speaker identity, dialect and language. A lot of research has been performed to detect speeches, dialects and languages of different region throughout the world. But the work on dialects of Bangladesh is infrequent to our research. These dialects, in turn, differ quite a bit from each other. In this paper, we propose a method to detect Bangladeshi different dialects which utilizes Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC), its Deltas and Delta-Deltas as main features and Gaussian Mixture Models (GMM) to classify characteristics of a specific dialect. Particularly we extract the MFCC, Deltas and Delta-Deltas features from the speech signal. Then they are merged together to form a feature vector for a specific dialect. GMM is trained using the iterative Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm where feature vectors are served as input. This scheme is tested on 5 databases of 30 speech samples each. Speech samples are contained dialects of Borishal, Noakhali, Sylhet, Chittagong and Chapai Nobabgonj regions of Bangladesh. Experiments show that GMM adaptation gives comparable good performance.

Android Game Ping Pong Using Unity Game Engine Software
(East West University, 8/10/2015) Sheehabe, A.F.M. Ahosan Habib
My project name is “Android Game Ping Pong Using Unity Game Engine Software” based on Android platform. It is a brain storming game to make our brain sharper and it’s really enjoyable. In my project, game type is 2D. Here I used 2D type’s tools and materials from unity game engine and also use game logic by using java scripts language. In my game I include one ball, 2 bat, midline side wall scouring timing and replay button. Hence i use different types of logics for each objects for run my game smoothly. My experimental results show that the games run properly without any intervention. This report provides detailed description on how can I created the ping pong game and also how I eased the process of android development while creating the game in unit5 game engine.
