An updated review on the approved and potential drugs for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is one of the most complex and prevalent neurodegenerative disease, and over 55 million people around the world are suffering from it. There are only three groups of drugs such as acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, NMDA antagonist, and anti-amyloid antibodies that are clinically approved for the treatment of AD. Among these three groups of drugs only anti-amyloid antibodies are disease modifying medicines and the rest two groups of drugs only treat the symptoms of AD. Hence, there is a dire need of sufficiently potent drugs and treatment strategies to manage this disease. Although the exact etiology of this progressive neurodegenerative disease is still unknown, factors like genetic, environmental, and lifestyle, might play a significant role. Meanwhile, extensive research is continuously being performed for developing potential/novel drugs for AD such as beta-secretase enzyme inhibitor, tau protein targeted inhibitors, genetic factors like ApoE4 gene and immunotherapies, emphasizing the multifaceted pathophysiology of the disease. Despite of certain challenges in novel drug development for AD, results obtained from recent clinical trials and preclinical studies, suggest that a large number of compounds has the potential to be used in the future therapeutic strategies for AD.
Blockchain-based traffic surveillance footage authenticity detection system

With the advancement in technology, fraudulent videos are becoming harder to de tect and easier to produce. Surveillance footage can serve as circumstantial evidence when dealing with crimes, however when this footage is tampered with, there is a great loss in evidence and the footage loses its value. To combat this growing prob lem, in this paper, we aim to find a new system to determine authenticity in a video for security measures based on Blockchain & Deep Learning Tools. The importance of Blockchain in this era of time is gradually increasing due its decentralized features, fault-tolerance attribute, immutability. This paper is looking forward to introducing a system which protects the surveillance footage gathered from a camera in a faster and optimal approach so that the authenticity can be checked and protected. Our goal is to implement a system which would secure the importance of crucial footage as evidence.

BJIT Limited is a Bangladesh-based firm that specializes in offshore software development. The firm creates software for automated processes. Its headquarters are in Dhaka. They are renowned in the IT (information technology) industry for its collaborative experience of powerful and flexible engineers who strictly preserve product quality. This benchmark has been unquestionably maintained since 2001 by a number of Japanese and global corporations. BJIT has customers from all over the world. The solutions provide digital identity to many citizens of the countries in which they are used. The company has established itself as a strength and determination to be acknowledged with in just 20 years of existence. It has won awards for its advancement over the decades. BJIT's managerial structure is common, as is prevalent in the IT business world. I focused on the critical business operations it performs in an attempt to comprehend its operations – operational activities, human resources, and financial services. I couldn't concentrate on their investment details because I didn't have access to that information. Since there is very little publicly available information on BJIT Group, I relied heavily on the observational technique in my research. In order to obtain a good understanding of the company, I examined all of its services and goods, which I have used in this document. To gain a better insight of the organization's business operations, I focused on the aspects of the human resources department, as well as the finance and accounting department. However, I have focused the majority of my attention on business development activities. As a part of academic requirement and completion of BBA program, I have been assigned to complete Study report on “Recruitment process of Thakral Information Systems Private Limited.” under the guidance of Mr. Md Omar Faruq Chowdhury. “Recruitment Process” is a segment of human resource process; As such I have selected this topic to make it clear. I have divided this report in some sub segments. As a young HR Intern in a reputed company like Thakral Information Systems Private Limited, I have tried my best to go through their Recruitment process within little tenure period. The report starts with a general Introduction of the company. After that I continue on to my main focus of the Study report- Recruitment process of Thakral Information Systems Private Limited” describing the different steps of it. The first part is about the overview of the HR department and how the recruitment process starts. Getting approval from the CEO, advertisement is given internally within the organization or in external media like bdjobs.com and career website of Thakral Information Systems Private Limited. Following steps are arranging written exam, taking one or more interviews, and finally the medical checkup. A detail elaboration of selection of best candidate has been added in the project part and the contribution of HR department for selecting the most eligible employees for Thakral Information Systems Private Limited has been highlighted. In this report, some other important topics of their HR division are also discussed like HR hierarchy, the environment within the organization and accommodation of a pull of candidates. Study to Formulate New Condition for a Graph to be Hamiltonian

The subject of this thesis is the Hamiltonian Cycle problem, which is of interest in many areas including graph theory, algorithm design, and computational complexity. Named after the famous Irish mathematician Sir William Rowan Hamilton, a Hamiltonian Cycle within a graph is a simple cycle that passes through each vertex exactly once. The goal of our thesis was to ﬁnd formula for a graph to be Hamiltonian. There is already a formula generated for a two cross over graph to be Hamiltonian. We are trying to ﬁnd a condition for three cross over graph to be hamiltonian. First of this thesis provides scope and some literature reviews. The second gives preliminaries and sufficient condition for hamiltonicity. And the third gives some new condition of hamiltonian graph.
