This is mandatory process for every MBA program student & practical 3 months training season is here. I’m Md. Redwanul Islam, ID: 193-14-163 join with Janata Bank Limited, Dhamrai Branch. This practical program gives me some strong creative idea about all activities & situation of the bank. My research topic is very unique & this is: “An Evaluation of the Services Quality of Janata Bank Limited at Nabinagar Branch.” Janata Bank Limited offers the biggest range of financial services specially credit, savings, payment services etc. Many types loan, interest, commission, deposit is also here. My research sample is 60 only. Descriptive analysis, which help me to complete this awesome report. I import some data on Microsoft Excel and find correct output. Other side, Microsoft Word also help me lot. For customers satisfy, management use some technique & objective, like: To know about the customer reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles, satisfaction about service quality of JBL at Nabinagar Branch & to know about the findings, recommendations, conclusions of JBL Branch. In this part, JBL’s marketing issues has been discussed & also consists of some recommendation that made by only me. If those recommended things apply, then people like more about this branch. It must create positive image, more loyal people or customers, who are best customers for any business. In this awesome report, I involves overall practical ideas, experiences, findings, recommendations and others many more. This practical journey was very awesome & I’m very sure that this practical internship program helps too much for my future journey.
Customer Satisfaction on Service Quality of Social Islami Bank Limited (SIBL) at Dhamrai Branch

This is mandatory program for every BBA program student and it happen three month long. Practical training season is here. I Md. Redwanul Islam join with SIBL Dhamrai branch. This practical program gives me some strong idea about activities and situation of the bank. My research topic is very interesting and this is: “Customers Satisfaction on Service Quality of Social Islami Bank Limited (SIBL) at Dhamrai Branch”. My research sample is 70 only. Descriptive analysis that help me to complete the report. I import some data on Microsoft Excel and find correct output. So, Microsoft Excel that provide me perfect result and outputs. Microsoft Word also help me too much. For customers satisfy, management use some technique, system and objective, like: To know about the people reliability, responsiveness, tangibles, satisfaction about service quality of SIBL at Dhamrai branch and to know about the customer empathy, recommendations on satisfaction of SIBL at Dhamrai Branch. Today, Islamic Banking is very attractive and popular. Customers or people like Islamic banking very much. Even, Non-Muslim peoples like it too much. I see many Non-Muslim customers at Dhamrai branch. They feel good about Islamic banking. Many type loan, interest, commission, deposit is here. In below, there are some recommendation that made by me. If those things apply, then people attract more about this branch more. It must create very effective and positive image. It also create much more loyal people or customers, who are gold customers for any business. Reduce limitation and proper planning also help to grow more. This report all about operation and service quality of SIBL. I give overall practical idea, experience, finding in this report. This practical journey was very awesome and I believe this period help me infinity about for my future journey.
Industrial Attachment AT Denimach Washing Ltd. Sreepur, Gazipur

The internationally recognized buyers are looking for those countries for producing there apparel products where different type of mills have established as a non-stop source for the global apparel market, satisfy and meet customer expectation by developing and providing products and services on time, which offer value in terms of quality, price, safety & environment impact. And also assure complete compliance with the international quality standards and also to provide the employees internationally acceptable working condition. In Bangladesh there are different types of textile industries those are producing high quality textile and apparel product. Denimach Washing Ltd. is one of them. They have different type of dry process and wet process related machines like 3D, crinkle, laser, oven, washing machine, hydro-extractor, dryer etc. supplied by mostly Japan, USA, China, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Turkey, India etc. which are very latest. It has high production rate finished garments are produce per day. The production is controlled by skill persons. The entire decision maker of the production sector in Denimach Washing Ltd. is not textile graduate. Finishing is well branded. They produce their product for their buyer and client those are coming from international market like America, China, Spain, Italy, and Canada. They follow all the system for their machines maintenance’s so that production cannot be hampered. In this report, I tried to give some information about Denimach Washing Ltd. and I observed that this washing plant produce high quality product and fulfill the special requirements from the different types of buyers according to different internationally recommended standard method.
