Item Common Genes Findings and Key Pathways Detections of Shared Genes Between Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 and Cystic Fibrosis(Daffodil International University, 2021) Hasan, Md. TanvirA comparative transcriptomic analysis has performed to establish essential profiles of the gene expression of SARS-CoV-2 linked to Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Transcriptomic studies have been carried out in relation to SARS-CoV-2 since a number of people have been diagnosed with CF. The recognition of differentially expressed genes demonstrated 8 concordant genes shared between the SARS-CoV-2 and CF. Extensive gene ontology analysis and the discovery of pathways enrichment demonstrated SARS-CoV-2 response to the CF. The gene ontological terms and pathways enrichment mechanisms derived from this research may affect the production of successful drugs, especially for the people with the following disorder. Identification of TFmiRNA association network reveals the interconnection between TF genes and miRNAs, which may effective to reveals the other influenced disease that occurs for SARS-CoV-2 to CF. The enrichment of pathways reveals SARS-CoV-2 associate CF mostly engaged with the type of Innate Immune System, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, Pantothenate and CoA biosynthesis, Allograft rejection, Graft-versus-host disease, Intestinal immune network for IgA production, Mineral absorption, Autoimmune thyroid disease, Legionellosis, Viral myocarditis, Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), etc. The drug compounds identification demonstrates the drug targets of IMIQUIMOD and raloxifene are the most significant with the significant hub DEGs.Item Design of a Multipurpose Ternary Arithmetic Circuit Using CNTFET(STM Journals, an imprint of CELNET (Consortium e-Learning Network Pvt. Ltd.), 2016) Jameel, Kazi Muhammad; Mannan, Mohammad Abdul; Hasan, Md. TanvirIn this paper, a multipurpose ternary arithmetic circuit is presented for ternary processors based on carbon nanotube field effect transistors (CNTFETs). Both addition and subtraction can be performed using same circuit’s configuration, which is the special feature of the proposed circuit. The combination of pseudo and complimentary logic structure are employed to blend the binary and ternary logic techniques. The propagation delay and power delay product are 139.5 pico second and 3.18 femto Joule, which indicates significant improvement in power consumption, delay and PDP, compared to few recent ternary full adder designs.Item Detection of Small Variations Of ECG Features Using Wavelet(ARPN, 2009-08-06) Haque, A. K. M. Fazlul; Ali, Md. Hanif; Kiber, M. Adnan; Hasan, Md. TanvirECG contains very important clinical information about the cardiac activities of heart. The features of small variations in ECG signal with time-varying morphological characteristics needs to be extracted by signal processing method because there are not visible of graphical ECG signal. Small variations of simulated normal and noise corrupted ECG signal have been extracted using FFT and wavelet. The wavelet found to be more precise over conventional FFT in finding the small abnormalities in ECG signal.Item Discovering Common Pathophysiological Processes Between COVID-19 and Cystic Fibrosis by Differential Gene Expression Pattern Analysis(Daffodil International University, 2022-04-29) Hasan, Md. Tanvir; Abdulrazak, Lway Faisal; Alam, Mohammad Khursheed; Islam, Md. Coronaviruses cause infections of the respiratory system in humans, which can be minor or fatal. Tanvir; Hassan, Mehedi; Ahmed, Kawsar; Islam, Md. Rakibul; Islam, Kabirul; Bhuyian, Touhid; Uddin, Muhammad Shahin; Paul, Bikash KumarGlobally, diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the most occurred metabolic diseases, involving an increased level of blood glucose in the body. In general, DM patients grow many comorbidities including coronary heart disease, overweight gain, and stroke. Myocardial ischemia (MI) is a type of coronary heart disease, it occurs when heart muscles lost the ability to pump blood accurately. Though DM and MI are not associated but many biological functions of both disease match with each other. Our objectives were to uncover the association between the DM and MI using a bioinformatics approach with bio-molecular signature. We compare both datasets with the Venn diagram, the outcomes showed that 144 genes were overlapped in both disease. The GO analysis revealed that the majority amount of genes were connected with the cytokine-mediated signaling pathway, cytokine activity, and membrane raft. Pathway analysis explored the common 144 genes that were enriched with the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, malaria, and pathways in cancer. A protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was constructed using the Cytoscape. From where we identified 10 significant genes (INS, ALB, IL6, TNF, VEGFA, IL10, CCL2, IL1B, CXCL8, and ICAM1) according to their connectivity range using cytoHubba tool. Drug target analysis reveals that the dexamethasone CTD 00005779 target is the most associated with all the hub genes. Our analysis showed the genetic and biological functional associations between DM and MI. The outcomes of the study will help in future medications development of DM and MI.Item Systematic Approach To Identify Therapeutic Targets and Functional Pathways for the Cervical Cancer(Springer, 2023-02-15) Hasan, Md. Tanvir; Islam, Md. Rakibul; Islam, Md. Rezwan; Altahan, Baraa Riyadh; Ahmed, Kawsar; Bui, Francis M.; Azam, Sami; Moni, Mohammad AliBackground: In today's society, cancer has become a big concern. The most common cancers in women are breast cancer (BC), endometrial cancer (EC), ovarian cancer (OC), and cervical cancer (CC). CC is a type of cervix cancer that is the fourth most common cancer in women and the fourth major cause of death. Results: This research uses a network approach to discover genetic connections, functional enrichment, pathways analysis, microRNAs transcription factors (miRNA-TF) co-regulatory network, gene-disease associations, and therapeutic targets for CC. Three datasets from the NCBI's GEO collection were considered for this investigation. Then, using a comparison approach between the datasets, 315 common DEGs were discovered. The PPI network was built using a variety of combinatorial statistical approaches and bioinformatics tools, and the PPI network was then utilized to identify hub genes and critical modules. Conclusion: Furthermore, we discovered that CC has specific similar links with the progression of different tumors using Gene Ontology terminology and pathway analysis. Transcription factors-gene linkages, gene-disease correlations, and the miRNA-TF co-regulatory network were revealed to have functional enrichments. We believe the candidate drugs identified in this study could be effective for advanced CC treatment.Item The impact of digital storytelling in content marketing: a case study on fade in Filmworks(BRAC University, 2025) Subah, Zarin Ahmad; Hasan, Md.
