    This internship report is based on my three-month long internship program that I successfully completed. As part of this, I had the opportunity to work with Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd. During my internship period which is from May 15,2024 to August 16, 2024, I worked with the Marketing Operations department, and I was under the Device Business team. There I gained practical knowledge about campaigns and promoting. My supervisor helped me throughout the whole journey. He taught me how to execute a successful campaign. I was a part of Banglalink WIFI campaign this year and this has been a great journey. The report describes my learning and implementation of my learnings from the internship.

    Exploring the feasibility of private micro flood insurance provision in Bangladesh

    This paper aims to contribute to the debate on the feasibility of the provision of micro flood insurance as an effective tool for spreading disaster risks in developing countries and examines the role of the institutional-organisational framework in assisting the design and implementation of such a micro flood insurance market. In Bangladesh, a private insurance market for property damage and livelihood risk due to natural disasters does not exist. Private insurance companies are reluctant to embark on an evidently unprofitable venture. Testing two different institutional-organisational models, this research reveals that the administration costs of micro-insurance play an important part in determining the long-term viability of micro flood insurance schemes. A government-facilitated process to overcome the differences observed in this study between the nonprofit micro-credit providers and profit-oriented private insurance companies is needed, building on the particular competence each party brings to the development of a viable micro flood insurance market through a public-private partnership.

    Fastness Properties Analysis Between Levafix Blue CA and Levafix Fast Red CA During Jute-Cotton Union Fabric Dyeing

    Reactive dyes are extensibly used for dyeing and printing cellulosic fibre containing cellulosic portion. Levafix Blue CA & Levafix Fast Red CA both is Reactive dyes widely used in Jute and jute-cotton union fabric dyeing. From the experimental result, it has observed that the result of strength & fastness properties is different from Levafix Blue CA and Levafix Fast Red CA. Here we showed that Levafix Blue CA is better than Levafix Fast Red CA.

    Modulation Instability Analysis, and Characterize Time-dependent Variable Coefficient Solutions in Electromagnetic Transmission and Biological Field

    This study integrates the telegraph model with the traveling wave coefficient. This model characterizes planar random motion of particles in fluid flow, pressure waves from pulsatile blood flow in arteries, electrical impulses in nerve and muscle cell axons, and electromagnetic waves in superconducting media. Using the efficient and well-established Enhanced Modified Simple Equation (EMSE) method, we investigate solitary wave solution with the variable coefficient of the telegraph model. To investigate the variable coefficient solitary wave solution, we apply a transformation variable η = h(t)x + g(t), which is dependent on the time variable function. The diverse functions of h(t) and g(t) yield many novel and exclusive solutions. Numerical solutions are plotted in 3D, density, and 2D. instanton soliton, kinky periodic wave, lump wave, kink wave, anti-kink wave, double periodic wave, diverse types periodic wave, lump with bell wave periodic wave, periodic lump wave, etc. Solitary waves explain complex wave phenomena through nonlinear effects like self-interaction and dispersion. Due to the classical nonlinear telegraph model's wave dynamics, they are used in brain function and communication system design. We conclude by testing the governing model's modulation instability. Dispersive and nonlinear processes modulating the stable state cause instability in high-order nonlinear equations. Examining the wave movement role and modulation instability analysis to assess solution stability shows that all solutions are accurate and stable. The computational difficulties and results demonstrate the approaches' clarity, effectiveness, and simplicity, suggesting they can be applied to evolutionary dynamic and static nonlinear equations in computational physics, other real-world situations, and numerous academic disciplines.

    NVESTIGATION AND MEASUREMENT OF FIELD DISEASES OF SELECTED TROPICAL SUGARBEET AND BEETROOT

    An experiment was conducted for detection, identification and measurement of diseases of selected tropical sugarbeet and beetroot under natural field conditions at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka, Bangladesh during the period from December 2020 to April 2021.Three different varieties of sugarbeet viz. KWS Allanya, KWS Serenada, KWS Gregoria and three different varieties of beetroot viz. Rokto, Beet King and Red Ball were used in this experiment. Sugarbeet varieties were collected from Bangladesh Sugarcrop Research Institute, Ishurdi, Pabna and the beetroot varieties were collected from Siddiqbazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The experiment was laid out in a randomized complete block design with three replications. The disease incidence and severity were recorded under natural condition at different Days after sowing (DAS). Yield and yield contributing characters of sugarbeet and beetroot plant were also recorded as the part of this study. Three fungal diseases were found in sugarbeet field namely Sclerotium root rot caused by Sclerotium roilfsii, Fusarium yellows caused by Fusarium oxysporum and Cercospora leaf spot caused by Cercospora beticola. However, two diseases were found in beetroot field namely Alternaria leaf spot caused by Alternaria alternata and leaf blight caused by Fusarium oxysporum. At 100 DAS the highest sclerotium root rot disease incidence was recorded in KWS Serenada (32.37%). At 105 DAS, the highest disease incidence of Fusarium yellows was recorded in KWS Gregoria (25.73%). At 105 DAS the highest disease incidence of Cercospora leaf spot was recorded in KWS Allanya (29.43%). Plant height varied from 29.53 cm to 61.87 cm. Number of leaves varied from 9.87 to 20.33. Whole plant weight varied from 1.50kg to1.73kg from the selected three variety of sugarbeet. At 95 DAS, the disease incidence of Alternaria leaf spot was counted where the highest disease incidence was recorded in Red Ball (30.23%). At 100 DAS, the highest disease incidence of leaf blight of beetroot was recorded in Beet King (21.57%). Plant height varied from 22.27 cm to 37.70 cm. Number of leaves varied from 8.40 to 15.67. Whole plant weight varied from 0.57 kg to 0.67 kg from the variety of beetroot. Depending on the disease incidence and severity, the major diseases of inspected sugarbeet and beetroot plants were; Sclerotium root rot, Fusarium yellows, Cercospora leaf spot, Alternaria leaf spot and leaf blight.

Poverty, gender discrimination, lack of education, and lack of expertise about criminal rights are some of the underlying causes. Available information advocate quite a few areas of concern, like, for instance: direct fitness effects, maladaptive coping leading to the use of illicit drugs, and inaccessibility to healthcare facilities. Therefore, severe interventions would be required at three levels: the prevention of trafficking, the safety of victims and the prosecution of the traffickers.
