Abstract

The experiment was conducted in the Horticulture Farm, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka during November 2016 to March 2017. The experiment consisted of two factors, such as Factor A: Potassium fertilizer 0 : 0 kg K 2 O/ha 1 : 75 kg K 2 O/ha, K 2 : 100 kg K O/ha and Factor B: Gibberellic acid-GA 3 0 : 0 ppm GA 3 2 : 80 ppm GA 3 , G 2 : 100 ppm GA 3 , G 3 : 120 ppm GA . The two factorial experiment was laid out in Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. Potassium and GA 3 3 influenced significantly on most of the studied parameters. In case of potassium, the highest curd yield and the lowest curd yield 0 performed the highest curd yield . For combined effect, the highest curd yield ( 2 G 3 0 and the lowest 0 G . The highest benefit cost ratio 2 G 3 0 and the lowest was found 0 G 0 . So, 100 kg potassium per hectare with 120 ppm GA can be used for broccoli production.
