Abstract

During my internship period at Infinity Dreams Bangladesh, I was able to experience in IT Department at Infinity Dreams Bangladesh. They are third party service provider Company in Bangladesh. So, they have many departments for giving supports in various types of departments. In my department had ISP Supports and Software supports with license renew, validation and bug support. So, for this reason I got a great chance to done many types IT related works. There were ISP Clients management, reputed company’s software managements etc. I learned about create ISP plan, online software purchase for multiple licenses, installation, troubleshooting and many more.
