During this internship, I gained valuable insights into the practical operations of a five-star hotel. In the hospitality sector, guest retention is a significant challenge, as customers consistently seek the best experiences. The Sales and Marketing department plays a crucial role in this regard by promoting the hotel’s services and offers, which is essential for generating repeat business. At Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort, the operations of the Sales and Marketing department elevate the hotel’s business to a higher level. Public relations and communication are key components in driving sales and building the hotel’s brand image.
