The Department of Civil Engineering and the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology reserve the right to make, at anytime without notice, changes in and addition to programs, courses, .regulations, conditions governing the conduct of students, requirements for degrees, fees and any other information or statements contained in this booklet. No responsibility will be accepted by the University or the Department of Civil Engineering for hardship or expenses encountered by its students or any other person or persons because of such changes.
