Abstract

I am very much thankful to Allah for giving me the opportunities to complete the project within the timeline. I would like to express my special appreciation and thanks to my advisor Rafiqul Islam, a tremendous mentor for me. I wish to express my indebted gratitude and special thanks to Md. Aliul Karim, Principal Officer Janata Bank Limited Kawran bazar corporate branch, who in spite of being extraordinarily busy with his duties, took time out to hear, guide and keep me on the correct path and allowing me to carry out my industrial project work at their esteemed organization and extending during the training. I do not know where I would have been without him. I would like to express my gratitude and thank toward Allah and my all member who encourage and help to complete the report.
