Abstract

I was involved in "IT & Network Support" work in an organization called APEX TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. During the internship, I was assigned various jobs and responsibilities. My training focuses on various topics, including operating system troubleshooting, system and network management. What I did during the training included setting up the router and setting up the LAN connection. The hardest part is talking to professionals for the first time and learning new things from them. After a while, it became more comfortable for me. I think I am fortunate to be able to accept guidance in this field. They showed me the right way to be as successful as possible in the future. During this internship, I was able to work in various settings, learn new skills, and quickly complete paperwork
