NETWORK ARCHITECTURE FOR DIU CAMPUS & ITS PERFORMANCE EVALUTION

Abstract

This project is on “Network Architecture for DIU Campus and its performance evaluation”. In this project a network architecture has been designed that will be able to support the demand of potential users of DIU campus. The aim of the project is to build up full network architecture for science faculty and library. The network is designed for students, Teachers, Executives to use internet and inter communication. A wired network has been designed according to the hierarchical form. This network has been given access for 320 users .The performance analysis of this network is evaluated in terms of number users and packets per unit of time. Opnet software simulation gives us the network performance which we designed.
