dc.descriptionselected 687 papers from the 1290 remaining papers, through rigorous blind review by their own selected reviewers,
dc.descriptionresulting in acceptance ratio of 53%. From the accepted papers, we have got 485 finally registered, which are all
dc.descriptionscheduled for oral presentations. TENCON 2019 program also comprises special industry, HAC and WIE tracks, as
dc.descriptionwell as 5 tutorials on state-of-the-art technologies. The TPC is indeed honored and proud to have 6 renowned
