dc.description.abstractAn Internship, being a competitive as well as essential program is the last platform of BBA Degree completion. It is a twelve weeks attachment with an organization program then the submission of an Internship Report will fulfill the requirement of BBA. It familiarizes students to the working environment of the real world. It gives students the best opportunity to improve their interpersonal and managerial skill and also they can implement their theoretical enlightenment to the real life situation. After graduating, students also get access to networking opportunity when they are brought to right of the distinct business sphere and taking a leading edge in the job market. At last it can be says that it polishes their strength and weakness.
