Abstract

The information booklet for undergraduate students, in its second edition, has been modified, updated and extended from its previous version. Efforts have been made to incorporate most of the information that an undergraduate student of the department vis-a-vis his/her advisor may need to know for smoothly carrying out their academic activities . .Various aspects of the course system, in addition to their credit hour requirements, detail course outline and courses offered in different terms by the department are introduced. As with the practice of any course system, it is likely that some of the rules and regulations mentioned in this booklet may be modified in the future. Students are, therefore, strongly advised to be in touch with their advisors regarding modifications that may be introduced. Students may clarify any confusion regarding the contents of the booklet with their respective advisors, or any member of the department. It is hoped that the information booklet will be of much use to the undergraduate student~ of the department of Industrial & Production Engine€ring Department.
