Abstract

This report is organized as a requirement of the BBA program under the Department of Business Administration. This report is originated as a requirement of the BBA program. This report is accomplished based totally on three months’ internship application at Janata Bank Ltd. The The objectives of the study were to helpful to know different kinds of deposit schemes, lending procedures & approval processes, credit assessments & chance administration processes, discover troubles associated with savings management of JBL. This report has been divided into 5 chapters. In the first chapter, it has been discussed about the introductory word of the report, the origin of the record, and the additional objective of the study. In Chapter two contains the organizational historical past of Janata Bank Limited. Chapter three includes theoretical knowledge about the real credit management system. It also mentioned the deposit administration system, lending guidelines, and how to provide better loans. The fourth chapter is the most important chapter of the report. The evaluation part has been given here and the last 5 years’ credit performance is associated with overall performance analysis and considered in this part. Finally, chapter five also included findings and recommendations.
