Abstract

Sonali Bank Limited is the principal state-owned leading public commercial bank in Bangladesh. It is the largest bank in the country. Sonali Bank always provides priority to their customers and would like to be their clients' first choice as a differentiated financial service provider, trusted, respected, and cherished by all stakeholders in the region and beyond, and to pursue an unending quest for excellence in all areas. I had to finish my learning sessions before working on any project, and in this learning session, I was assigned by my supervisor Mrs. Sabrina Alam to work on a project where my task was to develop a website portal called Contact Us Portal. In this portal, customers can send messages or ask queries about their account or in general banking questions directly to the admin.
