Report on KIK-Service Unit Bangladesh ltd operation

Abstract

During my internship at the KIK-Service Unit Bangladesh Ltd, a leading liaison company, I was assigned to work on various tasks within six different departments including Merchandising, Production, Quality, Technical, Human Resource and Compliance. My day to-day challenges were the focus of my internship from September to November 2025. My report is divided into the following major sections. 1) Industry Overview, 2) Description of Task Accomplishment in Merchandising, Production, Garment Technical, Quality Control, HR & CSR. 3) Critical Assessment of internship work. 4) Conclusion. Through my report, I aimed to showcase the activities that occur in each department, their importance within the organization, the relationships between different functional departments, and the areas in which improvements could be made. Additionally, I highlighted my personal growth and learning experiences during the internship.
