Abstract

This internship report is prepared as a partial fulfillment for the MBA program of the Faculty of Business & Entrepreneurship under Daffodil International University. The report prepared on “Requirement and Selection Process of Meghna Group of Industries.” To identify and explain different steps, to evaluate requirement and selection Process of Meghna Group and Industries, to identify problems related to requirement and selection process of MGI. This is exploratory type of research and deductive in nature. The whole study approaches to reveal whether theoretical concepts are being followed in a practical arena. Both primary and secondary data have been collected for the study. I work in Motijheel Branch, Dhaka. The collected data has been analyzed through descriptive statistics on the basis of which some conclusion was drawn and a set of recommendation was made.
