Recruitment Notification: A Smart Way To Find Jobs

Abstract

Since we live in a technological age, our surrounds are also becoming more digital. Everything around us is getting digitized in modern times. As an illustration, if we look at the workplaces today, we can observe that the majority of the work that was formerly done by handwriting is now completed by computer. People are becoming used to this new technology more and more. Therefore, we may conclude that computers systems have completely supplanted manual systems. In light of this, I created a website that assists people in finding employment online. I went through various processes, such background research, before beginning to build this. I had to look at the kind of works that have been done on this subject. After doing some research, I decided on my objective and got to work. Therefore, in this project, we create a web-based platform that allows employers and job seekers to find employees and positions that need the least amount of time and effort. They have the option of searching by area, company, and estimated income. When they locate their business or employee, they may contact with one another. There is also an admin panel where they can keep an eye on all of the users’ activity.
