This executive summary encapsulates the key elements and aspirations of Eleven's venture.Eleven, formerly known as Sharif Pant House, was founded in 1990 by Md Dulal Sharif. Originally focused on offline sales, the brand is strategically transitioning to explore the vast potential of the online market. With a core focus on manufacturing and wholesaling, Eleven is poised to expand its reach and offerings. The primary objectives of the Eleven Business Project include analyzing the financial potential of the online clothing sector in Bangladesh, implementing innovative business models and technologies, and shedding light on the untapped opportunities within the domestic and foreign markets. The goal is to inspire a revolution in an industry with vast potential yet limited exploration. Through meticulous analysis, the project reveals findings that encompass the untapped potential in the B2B segment, the impact of storage facility costs on cash flow, the need to enhance organic reach, and the imperative to increase market share.
