Abstract
Traditional healthcare systems often frustrate patients with long waiting times,
inefficient scheduling, and outdated appointment and payment methods. These
problems show that a simplified solution is required. The "Public Healthcare System"
provides a thorough online platform for administrators, physicians, and patients to
solve these issues [1]. In order to schedule doctor's appointments, have direct chats,
and make safe payments, patients can register or log in using Google authentication
or email-password credentials. Physicians have the ability to submit content for public
awareness, manage schedules, and confirm appointments via email notifications.
Administrators control doctor accounts and supervise platform operations [2]. This
solution guarantees efficient communication, cuts down on patient wait times, and
increases patient-provider trust by digitising and streamlining the appointment
process. Its structured management, safe payment integration, and easy-to-use
interface transform patient-doctor interactions and provide a smooth and effective
healthcare experience [3]. This creative method revolutionises healthcare accessibility
while guaranteeing dependability and user delight in a modernised system.
