dc.description.abstractProposal of Positive Train Control, Command and Communication for Bangladesh Railway is envisioned to prevent railway hazards with the usage of Obstacle detection at level crossings, monitor locations and activities of trains by sending responsive commands back and forth from a central control unit using a private network. This system is solely expected to provide a comprehensive level of safety mechanism to eradicate human error, hence predicting and attempt to prevent any sort of major or minor accidents, loss of lives and properties.
